OTG Management is seeking a Prep Cook for its DCA operation. The role focuses on preparing food to correct temperatures, portions, and plating specifications while maintaining a clean, sanitized prep area.

Responsibilities include working in OTG prep kitchens or on the line, supporting BOH, and ensuring consistent presentation and guest satisfaction through quality control and teamwork.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be fully conversational in English.
• 1–2 years of culinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire.
• Able to lift 35 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Work in OTG prep kitchens and/or on the line.
• Support the BOH by prepping ingredients for lines.
• Prepare food to correct temperature, portions, and plating per OTG specs.
• Maintain quality and sanitation per OTG directions.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Operate kitchen equipment (stoves, ovens, broilers, etc.).
• Maintain professional uniform/appearance.
• Develop positive working relationships to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
