Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of line cook experience in full-service restaurants, know grill, sauté, and fry, and can work efficiently in a team while meeting ticket times. Airport background check required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent line cook experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Hands-on experience at grill, sauté, and fry stations during busy periods.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications.
• Must be able to pass a required airport background check.
