Job summary

Qualifications

• One year minimum experience working in food service environment.
• High school diploma, preferred.
• Verbal and written communication is essential.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long period of time.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present items.
• Maintain proper setup of kitchen/station daily.
• Stock requisitioning of all required food, paper products, and condiments.
• Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
• Set up, operate, clean, and breakdown machinery and equipment.
• Maintain stock, cut, and store perishables daily to ensure quality.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists.
• Ensure quality of products served.
• Perform general cleaning tasks per supervisor instructions.
