Qualifications

• 2+ years of culinary experience in a high-volume environment.
• SERV Safe certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs or more.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items for respective stations with prepped ingredients accessible for service.
• Follow OTG specifications and restaurant directions to ensure quality.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain professional appearance reflecting OTG standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff on procedures and safety.
• Monitor inventory and notify management of shortages to avoid interruptions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and feedback during service to uphold high guest satisfaction.
• Pursue ongoing culinary skill development and teamwork.
