Qualifications

• Airport badge? Must pass federal background screening and fingerprinting.
• Experience in dishwashing or kitchen stewarding preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing: wash, rinse, sanitize plates, utensils, glassware, pots and pans quickly.
• Storage: dry and return clean items to proper storage areas and maintain organization.
• Cleaning: sweep/mop floors, wipe surfaces, manage waste and deep-clean equipment as needed.
• Light prep and stocking: assist with basic prep, receive and store deliveries, monitor tools.
• Safety/compliance: follow health regulations and maintain dry, slip-free floors.
