High Flying Foods at Denver International Airport is seeking a Line Cook to join a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen team. You will prepare, cook, and plate items to our recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality across grab-and-go and station work.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as line cook in high-volume kitchen.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication with teammates and managers.
• Ability to memorize and follow recipes precisely.
• Knowledge of knife handling and equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card (or willing to obtain during training).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate food according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and maintain an organized kitchen station daily.
• Rotate ingredients using FIFO to maintain quality and freshness.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Complete prep lists and cleaning duties.
• Communicate with the manager at shift start and end.
• Perform other tasks to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
