Peraton is hiring Customer Technical Specialists to support the DHS/TSA customer at airports across the U.S. The primary duties are IT operational and project support for the Federal Security Director, staff, and screening workforce.

This position requires on-site work in Las Vegas, NV and travel up to 25%. Daily tasks include hands-on IT support for desktops, laptops, VoIP, network gear, and security systems; installation, configuration, and site maintenance; and logging updates while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience supporting end-user IT hardware and software in desk-side or field service.
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD clearance.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism with government staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on IT support for a wide range of systems and devices.
• Install and configure end-user devices and peripherals at on-site locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely and in person.
• Log work in ticketing system and keep asset records current.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Support secure communications and transportation security systems as needed.
