Job summary

TECHEAD is seeking an Entry Level IT technician for Charlotte, NC. The contract role runs Wednesday through Saturday, 1pm–12am, and is on-site at the airport environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.

• 3 months–1+ years of IT Help desk or desk-side support.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, ticketing system, and email.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and EASE workstations; basic network connections; AV support.
• Support/setup of audio-visual equipment and printers.
• Virtual Machine support/troubleshooting and paper jams.
• Maintain asset inventory and document solutions in the ticketing system.
