ServiceTec International, Inc. is hiring a Level 1 Hardware Maintenance Support Technician for on-site work at Denver International Airport.

You will troubleshoot printer configurations, perform break/fix repairs, and address general hardware issues, escalating complex problems to Level 2/3 or vendors as needed. This full-time, non-exempt role operates the 12:00 AM–8:30 AM shift, onsite at the airport, with standard benefits and a focus on rapid response to service requests in a high-volume

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to pass TSA/background checks.
• Willing to work night shift onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hardware maintenance, including troubleshooting printer configurations.
• Perform break/fix repairs and address hardware issues.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 or third-party vendors as needed.
• Follow established procedures to fulfill service requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
