Job summary

Plum Market Food Service - Eppley Airfield in Omaha, NE is seeking an IT Support Analyst to maintain POS data, support hardware and software, and ensure guests have reliable technology in a fast-paced airport environment.

You will manage Toast POS, configure devices, administer Office 365 and SharePoint, and collaborate with the IT team to resolve issues quickly while maintaining data accuracy and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in IT help desk or related role.
• Experience with Toast POS preferred.
• Proficient with Windows and Office 365.
• Familiar with SharePoint administration.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage data within Toast POS systems.
• Serve as primary contact with Toast Support and coordinate resolutions.
• Set up workstations, computers, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Office 365 user accounts and permissions.
• Configure, organize, and maintain SharePoint sites for operations.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate records of technology assets and repairs.
• Utilize internal ticketing system to track and resolve requests.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure consistent support.
