Job summary

Ziosk is seeking a Support Analyst to join our Customer Support team onsite in Plano, TX. You will provide end-to-end support for Ziosk enterprise applications and proprietary devices, diagnosing complex issues and guiding clients to root causes.

You will interact with restaurant partners, troubleshoot POS systems (Aloha, Micros, Toast, Dash, etc.), monitor device connectivity, and document work efforts while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with restaurant management at all levels.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to document work effort on an ongoing basis.
• Comfortable using phone, email, and ticketing systems with clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as frontline technical support for Ziosk systems and software.
• Troubleshoot POS platforms (Aloha, Micros, Toast, Dash, etc.) and related issues.
• Escalate and track payment processing and encryption errors with third-party processors.
• Monitor device connectivity and proactively contact sites to resolve issues.
• Review logs to identify report-delivery failures and take corrective actions.
• Provide superior customer service via phone and email to restaurant clients.
