Job summary

Mission Yogurt, Inc. in Westminster, CO is seeking a Junior IT Specialist to provide hands-on IT support for POS systems, peripheral hardware, and basic network infrastructure across our Denver International Airport locations.

You will work with IT and operations teams to troubleshoot daily issues and support store staff. This entry-level role requires 2+ years IT support experience, an associate degree or certifications, and familiarity with Aloha/Clover/Heartland POS.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in IT support, helpdesk, or technical customer service.
• Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, or equivalent certifications.
• POS Knowledge: Basic exposure to POS systems (Aloha, Clover, Heartland).
• Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting with a customer-service mindset.
• Communication: Clear explanations to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day hardware and software support for POS systems and peripheral devices.
• Assist with basic POS menu updates and user account maintenance under IT guidance.
• Support KDS, digital menu boards, and order processing equipment.
• Train staff on POS operation and basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Log, prioritize, and resolve IT help desk requests from store management.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors.
