Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT or Help Desk experience.
• Toast POS experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 user accounts and permissions.
• Familiarity with SharePoint administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage data within Toast POS systems, including item maintenance and updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with Toast Support to troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Set up and configure workstations, computers, monitors, printers, and other peripherals.
• Configure company-issued mobile devices and provide ongoing troubleshooting and support.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft Office 365.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint sites to support operational needs.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
• Maintain records of technology assets, repairs, replacements, and system changes.
• Use the internal ticketing system to track and resolve requests.
• Diagnose and resolve routine hardware, software, and system issues.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure consistent tech support across locations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology.
