Job summary

E2 Consulting Engineers, LP is seeking an IT Technical Support I to provide on-site technical assistance at client locations, primarily in an airport environment. The role combines help desk tasks with hands-on hardware, software, and networking support to ensure smooth operations for staff and systems.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding, ticketing, and coordinating with teams to resolve outages promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Experience with Windows 10/11.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT on-site support at client location within an airport environment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Submit tickets via Freshdesk and IT Service-Now and update incident records.
• Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting and printer issues.
• Provide user training and document outages/incidents.
