ERMC Aviation, LLC seeks an HVAC Technician in Houston, TX to develop departmental goals, lead technicians, and solve complex problems. The role requires on-call availability and coordination with contractors to meet timelines.

On-site work across shifts is expected, with strict adherence to safety and security protocols. Candidates should have 5+ years in facility maintenance, strong HVAC knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years working in facility maintenance.
• Good working knowledge of energy management systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and other mechanical systems and components.
• Experience with pneumatic and DDC control systems.
• Maintain and repair a variety of HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Must have current valid driver’s license and CFC Certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
