Job summary

ERMC Aviation is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to develop and execute departmental goals, lead other service technicians, and design solutions for complex problems. You will manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, and handle multiple projects to meet timelines.

A strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and energy management systems is required. The position requires the ability to work in airport environments, pass security clearances, and obtain an airport badge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of energy management systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Experience with pneumatic and DDC control systems.
• Experience maintaining a variety of HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems.
