Job summary

ERMC Aviation, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to develop and execute departmental and distribution goals, lead other service technicians, design solutions for difficult problems, manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet timelines.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years working in facility maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of energy management systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Experience with pneumatic and DDC control systems.
• Experience maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and work safely on ladders.

• Develop and execute departmental and distribution goals.
• Lead other service technicians and coordinate with outside contractors.
• Be on call for emergencies and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Design solutions for difficult problems and ensure timely delivery.
