Job summary

You will manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, handle multiple projects, and meet timelines while maintaining safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• At least 5 years working in facility maintenance.
• Good working knowledge of energy management systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC and other mechanical systems and components.
• Experience with both pneumatic and DDC control systems.
• Experience maintaining and repairing a variety of HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
