Qualifications

• At least 5 years working in facility maintenance.
• Good working knowledge of energy management systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC and other mechanical systems and components.
• Experience with pneumatic and DDC control systems.
• Experience maintaining and repairing a variety of HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Ability to work with hand tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Ability to climb ladders and work safely.
• Lift 70 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Good computer skills (Excel and Word).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work 8-hour shifts and variable hours incl. weekends/nights.
• Work independently and in a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license and CFC certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have government ID and SSN.
• Able to obtain airport security badge.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions and small spaces.
• Able to pass background check and clearances.
• Must read/write/speak English.
