Job summary

ERMC Aviation seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to develop departmental goals, lead service technicians, and design solutions for difficult problems. You will manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, handle multiple projects, and meet timelines.

The role requires 5+ years in facility maintenance, knowledge of energy management, and the ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics. A CFC license, valid driver’s license, and ability to work nights or weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years working in facility maintenance.
• A good working knowledge of energy management systems.
• The ability to troubleshoot HVAC and other mechanical systems and components.
• Experience with both pneumatic and DDC control systems.
• Experience maintaining and repairing a variety of HVAC equipment.
• The knowledge of, and ability to, maintain plumbing systems.
• The ability to work with hand tools.
• The ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead other service technicians and manage projects.
• Design solutions for difficult problems.
• Be on call for emergencies and coordinate with outside contractors.
