ERMC Aviation, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to develop and execute departmental and distribution goals, lead other service technicians, and design solutions for difficult problems in a fast-paced environment. The role requires coordinating with contractors, being on call for emergencies, handling multiple projects, and meeting timelines while maintaining safety and quality standards.

A strong knowledge of HVAC systems and reading blueprints is essential, with flexibility for extended hours

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facility maintenance or HVAC environments.
• Experience with pneumatic and DDC control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical systems and components.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
