Job summary
ERMC Aviation, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to develop and execute departmental goals, lead other service technicians, design solutions for difficult problems, manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet timelines.
Applicants should have 5+ years in facility maintenance, strong knowledge of energy management systems, the ability to troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical systems, and a valid driver's license with CFC
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in facility maintenance or HVAC environments.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Experience with energy management systems and both pneumatic and DDC controls.
- Reading blueprints and electrical schematics is required.
- Must have a current valid driver's license and CFC certification.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute departmental and distribution goals.
- Lead service technicians and coordinate with outside contractors.
- Be on call for emergencies and manage multiple projects daily.
- Design solutions for difficult problems and meet timelines.
- Ensure safety and compliance in all HVAC and related systems.
