Job summary

United Ground Express, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead the station's daily operations, service, financial and team performance. You will create a great place to work and a welcoming environment for customers.

You will manage the station's budget, staffing, and resources, ensure safety and compliance, coach the team, and drive excellent customer service across shifts and operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage airport operations independently.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced operational environment.
• Analytical thinking, goal-directed leadership, and service-oriented performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and drive for excellence; organization and planning.
• Must possess and maintain a valid US state driver's license.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach others.
• Must be flexible to work all shifts and 7 days a week / 24 hours a day when needed.
• Previous service or operational experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• College Degree or equivalent work experience required.
