Job summary

City of Temple is seeking an on-site FBO customer service agent to greet travelers, provide airport information, and coordinate service requests. You will interact with the FBO team and respond to inquiries by phone and in person to ensure a welcoming experience.

Role requires a clear communication style, attention to detail, and the ability to rotate through weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Customer service experience in an airport setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience in an airport environment or related industry.
• Pass an onsite airport driver's test for driving in an Airport Operations Area.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors professionally.
• Guide customers within the airport for services.
• Record customer information in the computer system.
• Respond promptly to requests to increase satisfaction.
• Prepare for incoming aircraft and coordinate staff accordingly.
• Receive fuel order requests and coordinate with line service to fulfill them.
• Prepare invoices for services using the X1FBO system.
• Communicate clearly over radio, in person, and by phone.
• Maintain neat work areas at the service desk and lounges.
• Drive as needed during special events.
• Adhere to attendance policy and punctuality.
• Follow City policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
