Job summary

Boulder Connect seeks a Customer Service Associate for airport locations to welcome travelers and deliver friendly service.

You will greet customers, answer inquiries, manage lines, and support smooth operations at rental locations. This on-site role requires physical presence and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills for reservation/check-in tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors and be on feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to drive various vehicles and handle flexible shifts.
