You will operate reservation and ticketing software, handle rebookings, collect fees, and coordinate with flight crews to ensure timely departures. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, including baggage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must acquire and maintain airport credentials including fingerprint clearance and badge.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for an eight-hour shift.
• Available to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and perform check-in and ticketing tasks.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Ensure passenger data accuracy and timely flight communications.
• Resolve passenger issues per company policies during disruptions.
• Assist with baggage location and passenger inquiries as needed.
• Operate computers and mobile devices and adapt to new tech.
• Push/pull carts and lift baggage up to 70 lbs.
• Comply with United and FAA regulations and policies.
