Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage space.
• Knowledge of sanitary guidelines and safe food handling.
• Ability to train and lead crew members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ordering, budgets, and cost projections weekly.
• Ensure staffing aligns with labor budgets.
• Lead unit scheduling for managers and crew.
• Direct managers and crew to meet company standards.
• Train and follow up on employee development.
