Job summary

On the Go is seeking a Manager of Airport Finance - Operations at MCO to lead the airport's accounting and financial reporting activities, including general ledger, treasury, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• 3-5 years as an Accounting Manager in hospitality/food & beverage/retail.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Proven communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Money Room Team, ensuring cash controls and accurate cash reporting.
• Oversee the Accounting Team, manage invoices and payments by deadlines.
• Prepare weekly/monthly forecasts and expense budgets.
• Analyze weekly financial results for regional and corporate reporting.
• Review schedules to ensure budget adherence and workforce coverage.
• Assist in special projects as needed.
