Job summary

OTG is seeking a Dishwasher at MCO to support our guest service by keeping dishware, utensils, and cookware clean and ready for use. You will help maintain spotless work areas in a fast-paced airport environment.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift and move heavy items, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs or more.
• Able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a guest focus while performing duties
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
• Assume 100% responsibility for the cleanliness and sanitizing of dishware, utensils, and cookware
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problem to Manager immediately
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
• Clean and sanitize food, preparation, and production areas, as required
• Perform other duties as assigned.
