Qualifications

• A hospitality degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years in management, fullservice restaurants or retail (bonus points for multiunit magic!).
• Stellar communication skills that keep teams aligned and guests impressed.
• You’re fluent in Microsoft Suite—and it shows.
• Flexibility is your middle name—early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, even wild weather days.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across OTG concepts—retail, QSR, and full-service.
• Ensure food & beverage meet OTG quality and presentation standards.
• Own scheduling and staffing to keep shifts fully supported.
• Deliver onboarding and training plans for new Crewmembers.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and motivated workplace.
• Champion safety and compliance with OTG policies and laws.
• Address Coyle + NSF audits with urgency and accountability.
• Communicate OTG policies using the Crewmember Handbook and CBA.
