Job summary

MCA Airports seeks a capable MCA Manager with bar and full-service restaurant operations experience at Orlando Airport. You will support the GM, oversee BOH/FOH staffing, training, budgeting and compliance, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include daily reporting, inventory, cash handling, safety and sanitation, and coordination with brand standards. A strong leader with proven people management skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years supervisory/assistant manager experience in full-service restaurants.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and impact on business results.
• Experience in guest relations, negotiations, and complaint handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in day-to-day restaurant operations and staffing.
• Schedule and lead pre/post-shift meetings and staff communications.
• Manage inventory, deliveries, and purchase orders.
• Ensure food/beverage quality, sanitation, and safety compliance.
