JSX is hiring an Airport Service Concierge at Teterboro (TEB) to welcome Customers, guide them through check-in, security, and boarding, and keep the lounge pristine between flights. You will rotate through roles such as Check-in, Boarding, and Security Support.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, aviation experience, and a valid driver's license. The role supports a fast-paced travel environment with growth opportunities and travel benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Aviation experience preferred.
• Current and valid Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and assist with check-in, security, and boarding.
• Maintain a clean, stocked lounge and manage rotating duties.
• Assist with valet services and restock snacks/amenities as needed.
