Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Passenger Services Representative. You will assist travelers with arrivals, check-in, ticketing and boarding while maintaining exceptional service across all touchpoints.

Paid training is provided, and full-time employees enjoy benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401k and paid time off. Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Formación

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to obtain airport/state/customs credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding and baggage services with a friendly, helpful manner.
• Handle ticketing, check-in, boarding, reservations and related inquiries using a computerized system.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as needed.
• Maintain high visibility in customer-facing areas and communicate itineraries and luggage information.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies; report incidents promptly.
