Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring a Passenger Service Agent in Columbus, OH. You will be the face of our customer service, assisting travelers from check-in to boarding, while upholding safety and airline procedures.

AGI serves 100+ airlines across airports and offers comprehensive benefits. Prior airline or customer service experience is a plus and strong communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• US work authorization required (if in US) and Canada work authorization if location is Canada.
• SIDA training required to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant experience in airline/guest services.
• Airline experience and prior face-to-face customer service is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service at ticket counter and gate per airline standards.
• Ensure safety and security is never compromised.
• Assist with reservations, tickets, itineraries, fares, refunds, and baggage handling.
• Handle customer concerns, lost and found, and claims related to baggage.
• Answer inquiries about flights, schedules, fares, and travel information.
• Meet aircraft at gate, assist enplaning/deplaning, verify documents, and manage reservations.
• Coordinate flight close-out, form accuracy, and post-departure procedures.
• Manage flight movement messages between gate, ground handling team, and flight crew.
• Follow procedures for handling Dangerous Goods.
