Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Ground Operations Agent to serve as the primary link between ground handling and airline customers at the Columbus gate. You will coordinate de-icing, refueling, lavatory services, and load factor checks while ensuring safety and on-time performance.

Ideal candidates have at least six months in aviation ground handling or cargo sorting, a valid US work authorization, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ramp and SIDA training may be required for airport access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate various aircraft services at the gate (de-icing, lavatory, refueling).
• Determine proper aircraft load factors with the airline ops dept.
• Verify and sign off on services for billing accuracy.
• Perform ramp admin duties (GSE inspections, cleaning, debris removal).
• Liaise with airline customers, pilots and AGI operations; assist ramp agents.
