Job summary

Elite Line Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at an airport site, supervising 3+ technicians and coordinating with airport staff. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to schedules, and hands-on troubleshooting of GS&E equipment.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in a related trade, with ability to read electrical/hydraulic schematics and a personal toolset. Weekend/holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years’ experience in a related trade.
• Ability to read and understand basic electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Must have own set of hand tools common to the trade.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 3+ employees to ensure maintenance schedules are met safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and overhauls with airport and airline staffs to minimize downtime.
• Manage daily preventive maintenance program and supervision of assignments.
• Supervise maintenance site personnel and conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/state/local safety laws and company policies.
