Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Agent in our Ground Handling Department in Santa Rosa, CA. You’ll assist passengers boarding and disembarking, operate the Jetway, and guide aircraft on the ramp with a focus on safety and service.

Starting pay is $22.34 per hour, with training provided. You must be able to lift 70 pounds, work outdoors in all weather, and communicate effectively to ensure a smooth travel experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding
• Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
• Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
• Operate the Jetway
• Load and unload baggage and cargo
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment
• Guide and park aircraft
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks
• Work together as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
