Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly service to customers.
• Handle passenger arrangements: prepare itineraries, fares, tickets, refunds, baggage handling and charges.
• Assist passengers with reservations, standby, luggage, cabin availability and in-flight supplies.
• Guide passengers between terminal and aircraft safely.
