Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Gate Agent in our Ground Handling Department in Portland, ME. The role focuses on assisting passengers with boarding, managing special needs, and updating flight itineraries while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The position requires training completion, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and willingness to work all shifts. Starting rate is $18.39 per hour with bonuses per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Assist customers with special needs, including wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required.
• Operate the Jetway.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
