Job summary

First Meridian Services in Denver is seeking a Shift Leader to support restaurant managers in daily operations, set the tone for guest experiences, resolve issues promptly, and drive consistent service quality on the scheduled shift.

You will cross-train across all restaurant positions, mentor team members, manage cash handling procedures, and collaborate with management to meet brand standards. This full-time role requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays in an airport setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and maintain a courteous, friendly, and prompt approach.
• Assist in achieving location goals set by the General Manager.
• Support shifts to ensure timely production and service.
• Maintain morale and a professional atmosphere on shift.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff.
• Keep the restaurant organized, stocked, cleaned, and sanitized.
• Assist in training team members on station processes and procedures.
• Ensure brand standards are met and support new programs introduced by management.
• Assist in inventory and order placement under GM direction.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
