Qualifications

• Ability to advance to Technician III within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Process and document maintenance service requests and work orders.
• Repair or replace windows, perform minor roof repairs, and maintain doors and hardware.
• Inspect and maintain airport buildings and assets in secured and non-secured areas.
• Coordinate with other maintenance trades and airport departments to respond to service requests.
• Follow safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
