Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of building repairs and maintenance experience or trade proficiency in basic plumbing, simple electrical, carpentry, drywall, tile, flooring, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational readiness of equipment across facilities (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting).
• Lead and coordinate maintenance tasks with team and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance activities, and materials usage.
• Inspect fire stations and airport-related facilities for safety and readiness.
• Oversee preventive maintenance on HVAC units and related systems.
• Escort contractors and manage projects from start to finish.
