Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of building repairs or related trade experience.
• EPA certification, Locksmith license, OSHA 30 preferred.
• Class A license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational readiness of building systems including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Conduct morning briefings and assign tasks to team members.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and materials usage.
• Prioritize safety and ensure OSHA compliance across tasks.
• Inspect and service fire stations, facilities and associated equipment.
• Escort contractors and oversee repair projects from start to finish.
