The role involves preventive maintenance, minor repairs to doors, windows, roofs, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems, and documenting work orders while coordinating with other teams for safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of building repairs and maintenance or related trade proficiency.
• Ability to advance to Building Maintenance Technician III within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Process and document maintenance service requests and work orders.
• Repair or replace windows and glass; perform minor roof repairs; maintain doors and hardware.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair airport buildings and facility assets in secured and non-secured areas.
• Maintain maintenance vehicles, tools, and equipment for safety and readiness.
• Provide maintenance support during airport emergencies and incidents.
• Maintain surveillance in secured areas and ensure security compliance.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and SOPs; maintain records of work activities.
