Areas USA, Inc. is seeking a Unit General Manager I F&B to lead all airport operations, drive financial and guest service results, and foster a best-in-class work environment. You will direct the management team and implement strategic training to ensure premium service that meets brand standards.

You will oversee liquor compliance, sanitation, scheduling, and vendor relations while mentoring staff and maintaining a safe, productive workplace across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Basic communication skills.
• Ability to organize shift-level tasks.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Understanding of basic business patterns.
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce.
• Familiarity with inventory management basics.
• Emerging leadership and team motivation skills.
• Basic understanding of sales, labor and food costs.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies, procedures, standards, and training.
• Oversee shifts to ensure health, safety, liquor regulations are followed.
• Maintain sanitation standards and complete documentation.
• Monitor supply levels for tableware and cleaning items.
• Report maintenance needs for equipment and facilities.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and security checks.
• Provide feedback on team performance.
• Onboard and develop associates assigned to the concept.
• Forecast labor and schedule in line with business needs.
• Assist with on-the-job training for new staff.
