Job summary

HMSHost in Phoenix Airport is seeking a Manager II to support branch management and supervise restaurant operations. You’ll ensure the venue is clean, staffed, and running to high standards while applying company policies.

This role reports to the GM/AGM and requires flexible scheduling across opening, peak, and closing times. Minimum qualifications include 4 years in food and beverage, 2 years in a supervisory role, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in food and beverage, cash handling and customer service.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in casual dine or production kitchen.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Open, operate and close restaurant procedures per policy.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates across units.
• Ensure compliance with AB policies and beverage procedures.
• Assist in hiring input and shift scheduling.
• Schedule adherence, rest breaks and meal periods.
• Maintain clean displays, stock levels and equipment readiness.
• Handle cash register operations and security of cash.
• Monitor health and safety practices and report concerns.
• Participate in Health and Safety activities per guidelines.
• Place orders, receive goods and process invoices.
