Job summary

Avolta, including Dufry, HMSHost Corporation, Hudson, and affiliates, is hiring a Server II for the Cleveland Airport F&B location. You will take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately, deliver meals, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service and quality.

The non-exempt position reports to the Store Manager or General Manager depending on local requirements and requires a positive, customer-focused attitude and at least 6 months of serving experience; lifting up to 20

Qualifications

• Requires at least 6 months of closely related serving experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders and enters them promptly and in proper sequence.
• Delivers orders and checks back for guest satisfaction.
• Maintains station cleanliness and supplies.
• Presents the check and handles cash handling per policy.
