Job summary

HMSHost at Denver International Airport is seeking a server to take and input orders, serve food and beverages, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service and quality. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction and follows cash handling policies.

This non-exempt position reports to the Store/General Manager as required by local regulations, and offers opportunities in a busy airport dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Requires at least 6 months of closely related serving experience in high-volume dining.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders, places orders, delivers orders, checks back after delivery of food to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintains table appearance by pre-bussing, checks drink levels, removes clutter and provides adequate napkins, etc.
• Present checks for payment and provides change as needed.
• Follows HMSHost customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies and procedures.
