JSX is hiring an Airport Service Concierge in Houston to welcome Customers and guide them through check-in, security, and boarding, while maintaining a clean, well-stocked lounge. The role involves rotating duties to keep days dynamic, emphasizing punctuality, professionalism, and a passion for service.

You’ll be part of a team that values growth and a customer-first experience. Compensation starts at $15.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizens only, per federal regulations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds occasionally.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, holidays and weekends.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Aviation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and assist with check-in.
• Lead boarding process and provide flight updates.
• Assist with security screening and baggage handling.
• Restock lounge snacks and amenities between flights.
• Perform valet services when scheduled.
