Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day management and strategic direction of multiple airport restaurant and retail locations.

This role ensures top-tier customer service, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance across all sites. You will partner with senior leadership, vendors, and internal teams to optimize staffing, inventory, and processes while driving profitability and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-location restaurant/retail operations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and compliance.
• Strong coaching and development of General Managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Mentor GMs through regular meetings and development plans.
• Oversee hiring and training of managers across locations.
• Monitor inventory, labor, and cash handling; review P&Ls monthly.
• Lead new location openings and maintain brand standards.
